Andrea Parker’s appearance in Seinfeld as a nurse gave her a break, which rapidly transformed into numerous TV series and recurring roles in ER and JAG. She got another breakthrough in The Pretender in which she plays, incidentally the character of Miss Parker. Commenting on this role, she says, “We're both alike in that we go after what we want, but I would never dream of treating people the way she does."

Her other famous roles include Dave's World (1993), Victim of Love: The Shannon Mohr Story (1993) (TV), XXX's & OOO's (1994) (TV), Murder, She Wrote (1996), JAG (1995-1996, 2001), and Less Than Perfect (2002–present).

Andrea never needs stunt doubles as she is an expert in stunt driving and shooting. She plays various celebrity poker games and is very good at the game, too.

She enjoys horseback riding, target shooting, and stunt driving, so much so that she even attended the Motion Picture Stunt Driving Course.
