fight of Cameron Diaz is finally over…
A Los Angeles judge awarded the “she
is the one” star undisclosed statutory
damages after a photographer tried to sell
her half nude pictures and videos. These
pictures were taken before she came into
the limelight.
John Rutter was already sent to jail after
blackmailing Cameron to pay $3.3 million
for these pictures. He threatened to sell
those pictures to others. That’s when
Diaz sued him for $5 million and in a hearing
on 30th March 2006, which she won. Also,
the judge dismissed a counter-suit by the
photographer accusing Cameron Diaz of fraud.
Moreover, another hearing is pending at
a later date to see if the photographer
should pay Cameron’s legal bills for
this case!
