The Elation played host to several hundred poker players for the cruise to the Mexican Riviera between November 26 - December 3. The weather was perfect for the ports-of-call stops to Mazatlan , Cabo San Lucas, and Puerto Vallarta . Many new friends were made and the players swore to unite again on another player Cruise poker vacation. The first port of call was beautiful Puerto Vallarta . Puerto Vallarta claimed fame years ago when John Houston and Elizabeth Taylor had their romance during the filming of The Night of the Iguana . Activities available were a catamaran trip to Los Arcos (player Cruises group players only), shopping, horseback riding on the beach, and lunch at Chico 's Paradise .
